TU Holdings Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an International Multi-Cuisine Chef to prepare and cook diverse dishes with high standards of taste, presentation and hygiene. The role requires strong culinary skills across Continental, Asian, European cuisines and other menus, managing ingredients and minimizing waste.

You will work with the Head Chef to plan menus, ensure timely service, supervise kitchen staff, and uphold safety standards including HACCP.

Competenze

Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen as an international or multicuisine chef.
Strong knowledge of international cuisines, techniques, ingredients and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Mansioni

Prepare and cook a variety of international dishes including Continental, Asian, European and other cuisines as required.
Ensure consistency in food taste, quality, portion sizes and presentation.
Follow standardized recipes and maintain established food quality standards.
Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
Ensure all meals are prepared and served within the required time.
Monitor ingredient quality, freshness and availability.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, utensils and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
Coordinate with Head Chef and other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
