Job summary

Career Nest Academy in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Head Chef to shape the menu across our growing multi-site concept. You will lead the kitchen, set standards, and ensure consistency between in-house dining, delivery and future flagship openings.

You will work directly with the founder, refine dishes, manage batch recipes and lead a culinary team with a strong focus on quality, cost control and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• An experienced Head Chef or senior Sous Chef stepping up to broader responsibility.
• Strong skills in proteins, vegetables, sauces and marinades.
• Experience in fast-casual, multi-site or central kitchen operations.
• Wood-fire or Josper experience is a plus.
• Collaborative leadership and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Audit and refine the existing menu and develop signature dishes.
• Work with central kitchen on batch recipes, yields and schedules.
• Decide what is prepared centrally and how it's stored and transported.
• Ensure dishes hold up in busy service, takeaway and delivery.
• Create recipe cards, preparation guides and training standards.
• Control food cost, portions, wastage, food safety and allergens.
• Lead culinary readiness for new flagship openings and launches.
