What Does a Global Mobility Specialist Do?

• Oversee the daily coordination and execution of international assignments and transfers
• Provide employees with tailored mobility services that ensure efficiency and a positive relocation experience
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and business units to manage compliance with tax, immigration, and social security regulations
• Coordinate with external vendors handling visa processing, tax services, shipment, and destination support
• Use assignment management systems to streamline operations and generate performance insights
• Resolve complex mobility queries and make decisions on exception cases
• Act as a mobility advisor, promoting DP World's culture and values during every employee interaction
• Maintain alignment with global mobility best practices and ensure safety and ethics compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate relocation support for inbound and outbound international assignees
• Support cross-border transfers, especially to and from hardship locations
• Manage vendor performance and service delivery across assignment stages
• Monitor and reduce costs through efficient mobility program management
• Provide advice on assignment compensation, tax equalization, and relocation benefits
• Partner with business stakeholders to support planning and talent deployment initiatives
