Natixis Middle East spans 14 countries from Egypt to Turkey, primarily focusing on the GCC countries.

Role:

The main activity involves developing the Equity business line across the Middle East & Africa, engaging with institutional accounts and distribution clients.

The incumbent will manage client relationships directly on behalf of GM.

Main activities:

  • Develop and implement a business plan to grow the Equity derivatives business with institutional clients and private banks in assigned countries.
  • Coordinate with Trading and Structuring teams.
  • Collaborate with the financial engineering team to develop relevant equity offerings, including Islamic equity indices.
  • Manage new product approval processes.
  • Build relationships with insurance companies, family offices, capital arms, and private banks to expand equity derivatives.
  • Establish metrics to monitor progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Drive regional revenues through sustainable business practices.
  • Enhance team knowledge of GM products through training and mentoring.
  • Develop strong relationships with the Regional Head of Sales and Corporate Coverage teams.
  • Develop profitable client relationships on behalf of GM.
  • Provide feedback to managers for continuous improvement.

Control:

  • Adhere to internal controls, including regulatory, compliance, legal, and suitability frameworks.

Legal and Regulatory responsibilities:

  • Comply with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies, including Dubai Compliance manual and anti-financial crime measures.
  • Maintain necessary knowledge and complete mandatory training.
