Mastercard is launching a Global Markets Launch Graduate Rotational Program in Dubai for Associate Product Specialist & Associate Analyst roles. The 18‑month program offers two 9‑month rotations across Sales & Business Development and Product Management & Solutions tracks, with entry for UAE nationals preferred.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, with graduation between March 2026 and August 2027, and available to start March 2027 or September 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with anticipated graduation between March 2026 and August 2027.
• Available to start on 1st March or 1st September 2027.
• Demonstrates passion and responsibility with a record of leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
• Eagerness to learn quickly through Mastercard's training curriculum and development opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two 9‑month rotations across curated career tracks (Sales & Business Development; Product Management & Solutions).
• Contribute to sales planning, consultative and solution selling, and market intelligence to support product development.
• Coordinate project activities, manage plans and budgets, and ensure timely delivery within constraints.
