Job summary

Fugro is seeking a logistics professional to arrange and coordinate end-to-end freight forwarding for import and export shipments in the UAE. You will plan deliveries, work with freight forwarders and internal teams, and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, deadlines, and cost-efficient logistics operations. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field and at least 3 years of experience, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate end-to-end freight forwarding services for import and export shipments.
• Plan and manage delivery and collection of goods to meet project schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders for timely and cost-effective cargo movement.
• Ensure import/export activities comply with procedures and customs/regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review, and issue accurate clearance instructions for shipments.
