Job summary

Vista seeks a Leadership Development Business Partner to shape and scale leadership capability across a truly global organisation. You will diagnose leadership gaps, partner with HRBPs and senior stakeholders, and design practical, shipped solutions such as frameworks, job aids and coaching relationships that are used in the business.

You will build AI capability within Vista's leadership population, helping managers apply AI tools in their workflows while leading teams through AI-driven change

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading teams.
• Experience coaching senior leaders one-to-one.
• Hands-on experience creating digital learning content (job aids/e-learning).
• Comfort interpreting people and performance data and building dashboards.
• Ability to operate across cultures, geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop a global leadership framework for Vista, working with the Chief People Officer and ExCo.
• Design, deliver and scale practical solutions to leadership capability gaps (frameworks, coaching, job aids).
• Build AI capability within Vista's leadership population and lead AI-driven change initiatives.
• Own flagship leadership development programmes and manage vendor relationships when needed.
• Provide data-driven insights and dashboards to inform talent and succession decisions.
