SS Jewellery UAE is seeking an Export Coordinator to manage all export logistics, customs documentation, and buyer coordination for our UAE operations. You will coordinate export shipments to GCC and international buyers, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with buyers.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in logistics or international trade and 1–3 years in jewellery export, with familiarity of DMCC procedures and strong MS Office skills. Health insurance is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years experience in jewellery or precious metals export.
• Knowledge of Dubai gold souk operations and DMCC procedures preferred.
• Strong documentation and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and export management software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate export shipments of gold and diamond jewellery to GCC and international buyers
• Prepare customs documentation, certificates of origin, and export permits
• Liaise with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre and customs authorities
• Manage buyer communication and order tracking
• Maintain export records and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with the India production team on order fulfilment timelines
