Job summary

Emirates Group is seeking an IT Operations & Support Engineer for its Global Field Support. Based in Dubai, you will restore IT services after incidents, manage requests, and ensure alignment with SLOs.

You will work across Windows, macOS, and network environments, collaborating with vendors and IT teams to minimize downtime. You will apply ITSM and knowledge resources to diagnose issues, implement fixes, and contribute to a high-availability IT environment while adhering to policy and best

Qualifications

• 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience in Information Technology.
• Experience with IT service desk tools and technology such as ITSM, ServiceNow, Remote Desktop, Active Directory, Azure Admin, Intune, SCCM.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve IT incidents to restore normal service with minimal disruption.
• Maintain service levels and update incident/service requests in the tracking tool.
• Liaise with vendors and IT teams to ensure high system availability.
• Provide guidance and support across Windows, macOS, and network platforms.
