Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Compliance Audit Manager to lead risk-based audits of regulatory compliance topics across Bybit Group. You will plan, execute, and enhance the compliance framework across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with the Compliance Audit Director and Internal Audit team.

The role requires delivering high-quality audit execution, data-driven insights, and practical recommendations to strengthen governance and controls in a fast-paced, global cryptofinance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of internal audit, compliance audit, AML/CTF, or related risk/compliance roles within financial services or crypto.
• Experience with AML/CTF, sanctions, onboarding/KYC, transaction monitoring, or regulatory compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
• Exposure to cryptocurrency exchange operations, blockchain analytics, or virtual asset compliance is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk-based audits, understanding regulatory obligations and jurisdictional differences.
• Perform end-to-end compliance and AML/CTF audits, including design assessment and testing with documented evidence.
• Draft audit issues, root-cause analysis, and remediation recommendations based on regulatory expectations.
• Assess Bybit’s compliance with VARA, SCA, SFC, AUSTRAC, EU frameworks, and other regulators.
• Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to management; track remediation progress.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk and other stakeholders to validate observations and drive remediation.
• Stay informed on changes in global AML/CTF regulations and readiness for regulatory reviews.
