Qualifications

• Proven track record leading post-merger integrations and enterprise transformation.
• Experience managing complex international programmes across geographies.
• India market knowledge is a must; exposure to banking or fintech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programmes spanning business, technology, operations, and organizational change.
• Partner with EXCO and regulators to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
