Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an Arabic-speaking Influencer Marketing Manager to join one of Dubai's leading integrated marketing agencies. You will lead end-to-end influencer campaigns across regional and international brands, collaborating with internal creative, social, and client servicing teams.

Responsibilities include strategy, planning, delivery, reporting, and building strong relationships with influencers and talent managers across the GCC.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker (essential).
• Previous agency-side experience managing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across the UAE and wider GCC.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Confidence in managing influencer negotiations and relationships.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with campaign reporting and performance analysis.
• Passion for social media, digital culture and creator marketing.
• Based in Dubai or open to relocating.

Responsibilities

• Managing influencer marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through to delivery and reporting.
• Act as the day‑to‑day lead across multiple client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Build strong relationships with influencers, talent managers and content creators across the GCC.
• Identify the right creators for each campaign based on audience, engagement and brand fit.
• Negotiate influencer fees, contracts and deliverables while managing campaign budgets.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, content approvals and publishing schedules.
• Work closely with clients to understand objectives and translate them into successful influencer activations.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare post‑campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay on top of regional social media trends, platform updates and emerging creators.
• Collaborate with internal teams across creative, social media, production and paid media to ensure campaigns are fully integrated.
