Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years UAE experience in shipping/logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Fluent in English; able to communicate with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders, verify quantities, labeling, and packaging.
• Process shipping and receiving paperwork including bills of lading and packing slips.
• Liaise with buyers, customers, and logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with vendors and departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track shipments and update customers on status.
• Maintain accurate shipment records with dates, costs, and tracking numbers.
• Knowledge of UAE customs clearance procedures.
