Job summary

Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, seeks an HRBP/Employee Relations professional in Dubai to guide leadership on onboarding, performance, and policy execution. You will conduct investigations, support workforce planning, and drive compliance across the organization, while partnering with Legal and HR centers of excellence.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, time management and a deep understanding of regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as HRBP or Employee Relations role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret, apply and comply with laws, guidelines and policies.
• Understand organization hierarchy, jobs, compensation practices, and admin processes.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand department issues and employee sentiment, providing HR guidance on onboarding, offboarding, performance, promotion, disciplinary cases and disputes.
• Provides guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues; conducts thorough investigations.
• Executes and implements people policies for the assigned business unit.
• Maintains knowledge of manpower regulations to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance; collaborates with Legal as needed.
• Identifies training needs for business units and executive coaching.
• Analyzes data trends with HR COE to develop programs and policies.
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of people programs for success.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

1. Partners closely with business leaders to understand issues in the department and employee sentiment, providing HR guidance when appropriate, including but not limited to on/off boarding, performance, promotion, potential, disciplinary cases and employee disputes;
2. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning;
3. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations;
4. Executes and implements people policies to the business unit assigned;
5. Maintains in-depth working knowledge of legal manpower regulations, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required;
6. Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs;
7. Analyzes data trends and metrics in partnership with the HR COE teams to develop solutions, programs and policies;
8. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of people programs to ensure success;
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

9. Fluency in both Chinese and Englishis a must.
