Job Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead HQMena s global HR operations manage a diverse international team and build scalable people strategies that support our fast-paced business. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset operational discipline and a passion for developing high performing globally aligned teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with the company s business objectives and international growth across Dubai Mexico and India.
  • Lead mentor and manage HR Managers and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure effective support and alignment across all regional offices and time zones.
  • Design and oversee performance management systems that track evaluate and enhance employee contributions using clear KPIs and structured feedback.
  • Standardize HR policies and onboarding processes to ensure a consistent and compliant employee experience across all locations.
  • Drive employee development by launching training upskilling and leadership programs suited for diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of competitive and regionally appropriate compensation benefits and rewards frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR regulations in the UAE Mexico and India aligning practices with global standards.
  • Provide strategic HR insights to senior leadership on workforce planning organizational structure and long-term people strategies.
  • Leverage HR analytics and data to inform decisions on employee retention engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Promote a high-performance inclusive and values-driven workplace culture through recognition programs and continuous employee feedback.

Requirements
  • 8 12 years of HR experience with at least 4 years in a leadership position managing HR across multiple regions.
  • Proven track record of leading HR in a global multicultural environment experience with Mexico India and the UAE is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; MBA or HR certifications (SHRM-SCP CIPD or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of international labour laws compliance requirements and HR operations.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing performance metrics and scalable HR systems.
  • Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS performance management tools and data analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
