Job description

As the Global Head of Neo Digital Propositions, you will continuously develop Mashreq NEO Digital Propositions, enhancing the value provided to our clients.

You will directly oversee proposition development, including segmentation, positioning, products and pricing alignment, and creation of new revenue streams. You will be based in Dubai - one of the best cities to live and work in the world - and you will primarily drive the UAE market and support our expanding markets, including Egypt and Pakistan, ensuring localized relevance and alignment with customer needs.

• Identify and leverage industry, consumer, and tech trends, combined with deep customer insights, to continuously elevate NEO Digital Propositions.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to innovate, create new revenue streams, and enhance customer experiences across all markets.
• Own and drive the digital propositions roadmap, ensuring execution excellence and maintaining NEO's position as the region's best-in-class digital banking proposition.
• Act as Product Owner for NEO Digital Propositions squad, managing product backlogs, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Guide and collaborate with local market teams (initially in Egypt and Pakistan) to tailor propositions to local customer needs.
• Require 15+ years of experience in digital banking, preferably with successful experience in proposition development in neobanks or digital banks.
• Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles with P&L responsibility and a comprehensive understanding of managing business lines.
• Graduate degree, preferably in Business or Technology.
• Strong expertise in digital banking products, services, and emerging fintech trends.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and commercial management.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, large-scale transformations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong people leadership capabilities, managing diverse teams including product managers, product owners, analysts, engineers, developers, and UX/CX experts.
• Excellent ability to quickly identify market trends and turn insights into innovative propositions.
• Skilled communicator with proven stakeholder and project management abilities.
• Hands-on, resilient, and creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Culturally sensitive, adaptable, and experienced working in international markets and diverse organizational structures.
