We work with high-profile clients in Architecture, Construction, and Real Estate, offering innovative ways to engage audiences using real-time environments across various xR platforms.

We’re seeking a Global Head of Business Operations to join our senior leadership team. You will oversee core operational areas: Finance, People & HR, Legal & Compliance, Infrastructure & IT. Your role involves designing and leading operational strategies to enable sustainable growth, ensure global compliance, and foster cultural alignment across our distributed workforce. This strategic role balances hands-on execution with long-term vision, ideal for someone thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment while bringing structure, scalability, and insight to our expanding business.

We’re looking for candidates with:

1. Extensive experience in operations, including leadership in at least two of the following areas: Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, IT.
2. Proven success in scaling operations within a creative agency, SaaS, or startup/scale-up environment.
3. Experience managing or advising globally distributed teams, ideally in the UK, UAE, and Vietnam.
4. Deep understanding of global employment models (EoR, freelance, direct hire) and compliance requirements.
5. Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
6. Comfort with transitioning between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
