Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Project Expeditor in Dubai to develop and administer customer service plans, enhance satisfaction, and support business strategies. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal resource use.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and more than four years of experience in related fields, with a focus on ensuring best-in-class customer service and collaboration across DHL departments.

• More than 4 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Execute customer service plans and programs for the defined geography/ business area
• Track day-to-day application of customer service processes and procedures in line with the standard global/ regional processes to maximize effectiveness
• Analyze cost and effectiveness of initiatives to support prioritization of spending and resource allocation
• Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers
• Respond to customer service inquiries, coordinate to resolve escalated inquiries
• Identify customer needs, collaborate with appropriate commercial owner or up-sell if applicable
