Job summary

SFORS, a trading company with 20 years in global financial markets, seeks a Head of Managerial Accounting & Budgeting to lead budgeting, planning, and management reporting across the Group.

This strategic leadership role reports to the CFO and board, delivering high-quality financial reporting, insights, and recommendations to support key business decisions.

You will oversee ERP-based management accounting development, consolidate across jurisdictions, build dashboards, and mentor the FP&A team.

Qualifications

• Solid IFRS knowledge and group reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to build core financial statements from scratch in Excel.
• Experience in management reporting for C-level executives.
• Experience implementing management accounting methodologies in ERP.
• Experience gathering requirements for ERP/BI solutions.
• Experience designing management reporting frameworks for BI dashboards.
• Experience leading ERP transformation projects.
• Head-level leadership experience preferred.
• Background in dynamic IT or product companies preferred.
• ACCA certification and higher education in Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and planning across all countries with reliable consolidation.
• Develop unified P&L and cash flow reporting with country-level allocations.
• Prepare consolidated and per-country management reports for board.
• Define ERP-based management accounting policies and chart of accounts.
• Translate business requirements into ERP/BI specifications.
• Design templates and requirements for BI dashboards.
• Ensure timely, accurate management reporting from ERP data.
• Lead and grow the FP&A team with performance reviews.
