Job summary

Law Surface (LS Cloud) in Dubai seeks an experienced sports events manager to plan and oversee football matches, tournaments and large-scale events from conception to execution. You will manage budgets, coordinate permits, liaise with federations and sponsors, and lead staff and volunteers to ensure flawless delivery.

The role requires a proven track record in football event management, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sports event management, with a proven track record in football.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Event Manager (CEM) or similar are highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale sporting events, including international competitions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee football matches, tournaments and sporting events from initial planning to successful execution.
• Develop and manage event budgets, monitor expenses and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Coordinate necessary permits, approvals and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with applicable sports regulations.
• Liaise with football federations, clubs, teams, sponsors and relevant authorities to coordinate schedules and operational requirements.
• Oversee venue preparations, match schedules, logistics and event operations.
• Lead and supervise event staff, organizing teams and volunteers to ensure smooth event execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, competition regulations and event management procedures.
• Prepare post-event reports, evaluate performance and recommend improvements for future events.
