Job summary

The World Food Programme in Dubai seeks a Data Analyst to support the Fleet Management System (FMS) data platform. You will analyze data, prepare KPI reports, and deliver on- and off-site user support to global offices, contributing to reliable fleet insights.

Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in data management, analytics and system design.
Experience administering a fleet management system is preferred.
Strong analytical ability to compile, maintain and analyze data.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze FMS data for consistency, completeness and correctness and ensure errors are corrected by COs in a timely manner.
Review processes and propose measures for improved FMS data quality.
Reconcile data from FMS, GPS, and other sources to produce timely and correct reports.
Analyze and prepare KPI data reports for management and client countries on a regular basis.
Lead automation of processes using formulas and SQL in Excel and other applications.
Provide on- and off-site FMS training for users globally.
Perform unit and integration testing of changes to ensure compliance with specs.
