Job summary

MultiBank Group, a global financial institution headquartered in Dubai, seeks a detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage daily posting, calendar execution, and platform compliance across major channels.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Video teams to ensure brand-aligned content, monitor trends, and assist with performance reporting while maintaining organized content workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Experience in Fintech, FX, CFD, Crypto, or Financial Services is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily social media posting across all assigned platforms.
• Support the implementation of the social media content calendar.
• Ensure content is published on time and follows platform best practices.
• Monitor social channels and flag important trends, comments, or risks.
• Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams to gather content assets.
• Ensure content follows brand tone, visual guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Support campaign launches, product promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement activity where required.
• Escalate sensitive or high-priority interactions internally.
• Help maintain positive brand presence across platforms.
• Track post performance and engagement metrics.
• Support preparation of social media reports and insights.
• Identify content trends and suggest improvement opportunities.
• Maintain organized content folders and scheduling tools.
• Support social coverage for events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
• Assist with content uploads, captions, tagging, and publishing accuracy.
