Amazon FinOps is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join the FinOps Business Partnering team in Dubai. You will shape global financial operations, drive cross-border compliance, and partner with senior leaders to navigate regulatory landscapes while maintaining a customer-centric finance function.

The role emphasizes scaling financial processes, delivering impact across markets, and leading high-impact programs with data-driven decisions and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• MBA or professional qualification (ACA, CPA) preferred.
• Experience with GST/VAT compliance across APAC/EMEA regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives enabling Amazons expansion into new markets and business lines.
• Design and implement solutions affecting billions in global transactions across 200 countries.
• Partner with senior leaders to navigate regulatory landscapes while maintaining customer-first finance.
• Architect end-to-end solutions for complex regulatory challenges across international markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders from C-suite to technical teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformative programs balancing compliance, efficiency and customer experience.
• Identify emerging regulatory trends and develop strategies to maintain Amazons competitive edge.
