Job summary

Dubai Chambers seeks an International Finance professional to support day-to-day finance across international offices, including AP/AR, reporting, and cash management. You will work with banks, auditors, and external providers while strengthening financial controls and processes.

The role requires 5–8 years in accounting/finance operations, with ERP experience (Oracle Fusion) and strong Excel skills. Collaboration across jurisdictions and accurate financial reporting are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification, or progress toward ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent, is preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, financial reporting, or a similar finance role.
• Experience supporting multiple entities, branches, subsidiaries, or international offices is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel and financial data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities for international offices.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and compliance with policies.
• Process journals, accruals, prepayments, intercompany, and GL activities.
• Coordinate with international offices, banks, auditors, and external providers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management packages.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for international offices.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and intercompany recharges.
• Assist with internal controls and financial process improvements.
