As a Finance Supervisor, you will support the Finance Product Officer in managing and delivering financial systems enhancements and support on a global scale, ensuring the provision of best-in-class financial systems, applications, and management information for use internally by Finance and across the business to inform and enable commercial decisions. You will also support the implementation and compliance of effective policies and processes for financial systems access, while maintaining functional master data updates to ensure appropriate control over the Group’s assets and the accurate processing of financial information.
Support user access management and functional master data update requests while ensuring compliance with defined policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to help protect Group assets. Functional masters include, but are not limited to, interline airline contracts (Passenger and Cargo), airline ticket tax masters, direct operating cost contracts, supplier and customer masters, and bank masters.
Provide support for financial applications in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), working closely with IT to ensure system availability and business continuity, while helping identify root causes and permanent solutions for recurring issues.
Support the maintenance of regression test packs and assist with first-level User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across financial applications.
Explore and recommend new features and improvements across both internal and vendor-based financial applications to drive continuous product enhancement.
Develop an understanding of the business processes supported by financial applications and support change initiatives through user training, engagement, and adoption activities.
Manage your own performance and continuous learning plan, contribute to the improvement of team performance, and support the development of colleagues to facilitate effective succession planning.
