Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist - Global Rotator (AccessESP) to support global Artificial Lift operations, focusing on installation, operation, and troubleshooting of ESP systems on offshore and onshore sites. You will work with customers and internal teams to deliver safe, reliable field service solutions across a global rotation.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, leadership on rigs, and adapting methods to non-standard situations while maintaining high safety and quality

Qualifications

Requires 5+ years of ALS/ESP/related oilfield field experience.
Hands-on ESP and artificial lift equipment experience required.
Willingness to travel globally on a rotational schedule and adapt to field environments.

Responsibilities

Perform installation and retrieval of AccessESP Retrievable ESP systems in offshore and onshore environments.
Support ESP operations to maximize well productivity and equipment run life.
Troubleshoot ESP and ALS equipment and implement corrective actions.
Lead field operations and act as technical resource on customer locations and rigs.
Build relationships with customers through clear communication and service delivery.
Prepare accurate field reports and service documentation.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and Baker Hughes core values.
