Job summary

RX Global is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for the World Future Energy Summit in Dubai. You will drive audience growth, lead generation, and attendance through data-driven campaigns, collaborating with Sales and partners to deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires managing large-scale campaigns, budgets, and agencies, with a focus on cross-functional leadership and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Event Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
• Strong ability to use data, analytics, and customer insights to drive marketing decisions.
• Experience in lead generation, audience growth, and customer acquisition.
• Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns, agencies, and budgets.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver insight-led marketing plans aligned with portfolio and business objectives.
• Use market intelligence, customer insights, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive audience growth, lead generation, customer acquisition, and event attendance through integrated marketing campaigns.
• Partner closely with Sales and key stakeholders to align messaging and commercial goals.
• Manage agencies, marketing budgets, and campaign performance to maximise ROI.
• Build strong relationships with industry partners, associations, media, and strategic stakeholders.
• Represent the brand at events and industry forums as the marketing lead.
• Lead projects and initiatives that support long-term portfolio growth and success.
