Job summary

RX is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for the World Future Energy Summit in Dubai. You will drive audience growth, lead generation, and event attendance through data-driven campaigns while collaborating with Sales and partners to align messaging with commercial goals.

The role requires a strong background in B2B event marketing, analytics-driven decision making, and proven experience managing large campaigns and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver insight-led marketing plans aligned with portfolio and business objectives.
• Use market intelligence, customer insights, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive audience growth, lead generation, customer acquisition, and event attendance through integrated marketing campaigns.
• Partner closely with Sales and key stakeholders to align messaging and commercial goals.
• Manage agencies, marketing budgets, and campaign performance to maximise ROI.
• Build strong relationships with industry partners, associations, media, and strategic stakeholders.
• Represent the brand at events and industry forums as the marketing lead.
• Lead projects and initiatives that support long-term portfolio growth and success.
