Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V. is seeking a Mechanical QC Inspector (RTFI/ NDT Coordinator) to join its Oil, Gas and Chemicals division.

You will report to the Mechanical QC Engineer, support QC procedures, review specifications, participate in site inspections, and manage quality documentation. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years in Oil & Gas, and hands-on experience inspecting piping and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering mandatory.
• Total experience of at least 5 years in Oil & Gas.
• Hands-on inspection of piping, static equipment, rotating equipment, valves and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Report to Mechanical QC Engineer and assist in implementing QC procedures for mechanical works.
• Review specifications, drawings and BOQ to identify inspection requirements.
• Participate in site receiving inspections for mechanical materials and equipment.
• Perform fit-up inspections and dimensional verification prior to installation and welding.
• Prepare, file and retrieve inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Witness third-party NDT and testing, ensuring project requirements are met.
• Attend client inspections and testing activities within area of responsibility.
• Identify incomplete work or defects and raise punch lists for corrective actions.
• Ensure calibration and functionality of measuring/testing instruments.
