Job summary

DUBIMED MEDICAL SUPPLIES TRADING LLC in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented General Accountant to join our Finance team. The role requires 1–2 years of accounting experience and a strong desire to grow within a dynamic organization.

You will manage end-to-end bookkeeping, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual statements, handle AP/AR, ensure tax compliance, and support internal/external audits in a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience in trading or distribution.
• Proficiency in ERP/Accounting software: SAP, Oracle Cloud, Tally Prime, QuickBooks, and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.
• Prepare financial statements and execute month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
• Process vendor invoices, manage purchase orders, and execute timely supplier payments.
• Compute, file, and reconcile local and federal tax requirements.
• Perform regular bank reconciliation and support audits.
