Job summary

Masdar, a global clean energy leader, seeks an visionary Enterprise Architect to join the Chief Digitalization Officer’s leadership team. Reporting to the CDO, you will design a unified digital ecosystem and own the Data Management & Data Governance strategy, aligning legacy and modern systems with field operations across borders.

You will build domain architects, guide data platforms, and ensure secure, scalable infrastructure to accelerate Masdar’s growth and transformative initiatives

Qualifications

• 15+ years in global, enterprise-level architecture.
• 10+ years leading a team of domain architects.
• 10+ years in ERP and data architecture design, modernizing legacy systems.
• 8+ years managing global data management platforms.
• 5+ years driving data governance initiatives and master data hierarchies.
• 5+ years of people and stakeholder management.
• Strong communicator who translates technical design into business value.
• Ability to phase architecture design for Masdar operations.
• Mentor and coach CDO team members.
