Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Significant experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and delivering complex electrical design for buildings/infrastructure
• Chartered Engineer status or professional membership preferred
• Strong knowledge of international and regional electrical design standards, codes, and regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical discipline on large-scale, technically complex projects from concept to construction support
• Provide technical oversight and QA across multiple project teams
• Develop and review electrical designs, calculations, reports, drawings, and contract documents
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements
• Mentor engineers and manage client relationships throughout delivery
• Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
• Support business development, proposals, and client presentations
