Job summary
FADAC RESOURCES INC is seeking a senior Risk Manager in Dubai to lead global risk strategy for a Forex/CFD brokerage. You will oversee market, liquidity, operational, and counterparty risk across trading operations and manage A-Book, B-Book and Hybrid models to optimise profitability and risk exposure.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of risk management experience in forex/CFD brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of A-Book, B-Book and Hybrid execution models.
- Hands-on experience with brokerage trading infrastructure (MT5, liquidity providers).
- Experience with FIX API connectivity and liquidity aggregation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s global risk management strategy.
- Oversee market, liquidity, operational and counterparty risk across trading operations.
- Manage A-Book, B-Book and Hybrid execution models to optimise profitability and risk exposure.
- Monitor client flow, trading behaviour and exposure across all instruments.
- Design hedging strategies with liquidity providers and define exposure limits.
