The Global Director Marketing - Campaigns is responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and execution of globally integrated,sales-alignedmarketing campaigns aimed at drivinglead generation, newcustomer acquisition & commercial revenuegrowth.This role ensures the consistent and effective delivery of marketingcampaigns and related initiatives that align withthe global Business Development Strategy of DP World Global Logistics,while also incorporating regional marketrequirements, in strong adherence ofglobal brand guidelines.

This role has enterprise-wide accountability for shaping campaign strategy that not only supports business development but also actively influences market positioning and demand generation globally. The role contributes directly to commercial strategy by aligning marketing outcomes with growth targets and market penetration goals.

Working closely with cross-functional teams—including product, communications, digital marketing regional marketing, sales analytics and senior leadership —the Global Director Marketing - Campaigns establishes campaign governance standards, investment frameworks, and execution roadmaps across regions, to promote products & solution of DP World, ensures the framework’s deployment across the Regions and alsobuilds and delivers data-driven, customer-focused campaigns across multiple channels including digital (email, paid media, SEO, social), events, PR, and content marketing.

The role also oversees campaign ROI, P&L influence, and data-backed optimization, ensuring maximum impact of budget allocation. It plays a leadership role in defining the mar tech stack and scaling AI- and automation-led marketing solutions across geographies.

This position plays a critical role in shaping the company’s global marketing campaign strategy and guidelines to beadhered to by marketing teams for optimizing campaign performance. It ensures the seamless execution of multi-market campaigns that align with globaland regionalbusiness goals, resonates with diverse audiences, and drive measurable results.Via strategic planning &collaboration, this role plays a vital part in scaling marketing impact across regions.

Key accountabilities :

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning Lead the development of end-to-end campaign strategy with commercial goals, product roadmap, and revenue targets. Develop global marketing campaign management guidelines and roll them out to the network for implementation Translate strategic goals into actionable, integrated campaign plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and channel mix Define and enforce campaign governance, ensuring consistent strategy, prioritization, and performance standards globally
  • Campaign Execution & Management Execute and manage global campaigns across all relevant channels including digital, content, email, events, and paid media channels ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact Ensure timely delivery of campaign messaging,assetsand activities across relevant platforms and regions Cooperate with vendors and internal marketing production team to provide campaign collaterals across key vertical markets to be used by sales and marketing teams. Ensure every campaign is backed by clear business cases and ROI forecasts as part of the sign-off process
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product marketing, regional marketing, creative, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are relevant, aligned, and well-supported. Act as the central point of contact between global HQ and regional / local marketing teams to coordinate localization and deployment. Provide matrix leadership across regions and functions to guide campaign deployment, resource prioritization, and execution standards Serve as strategic advisor to regional marketing teams and leadership, ensuring campaigns remain aligned to evolving business goals
  • Localization & Market Adaptation Partner with regional and in-country marketing teams to tailor campaign messaging while maintaining global positioning and performance consistency to ensure local relevance, including language, cultural nuance, customer behavior, Balance global brand consistency with localspeech-to-market requirements for product & solutions campaigns
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization Own the development and refinement of global performance dashboards, predictive analytics, and campaign optimization tools Deliver quarterly campaign insights to commercial leadership with clear ROI breakdown and market response (., engagement, lead generation, pipeline impact, ROI) Analyze performance data and provide insights to refine and optimize ongoing and future campaigns Cooperate with CRM & IT teams to build and evolve campaign performance standards and dashboard
  • Budget Management Own globalcampaign budget planning and prioritization, ensuring P&L accountability for marketing investments and cost-effective execution Track spend versus performance to inform investment decisions Define the framework for campaign-level ROI tracking, budget optimization, and performance benchmarking
  • Stakeholder Communication Regularly report on campaign performance, learnings, and ROI to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Prepare post-campaign analyses and recommendations Deliver strategic updates to C-suite and senior stakeholders, with campaign scorecards mapped to commercial KPIs and sales outcomes
  • Brand Governance Lead development of high-impacct, brand-aligned campaign messaging across regions and customer segments Guide creativecampaigndevelopment together with marketing production teamsto ensure high-quality, on-brand assets
  • Innovation & Best Practice Development Define global martech architecture to scale personalized, AI-powered, and automation-driven marketing campaigns Stay on top of marketing trends, technologies, and competitor activity Establish a culture of innovation, embedding experimentation, and test-and-learn principles into campaign design.
  • Campaign Calendar Management Own and manage the global campaign roadmap, ensuring visibility, prioritization and alignment with the broader marketing and go-to-market strategy Coordinate global timing and integration with regional and business-unit-level campaigns

Experience / Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a global or regional role.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar campaign budgets and directly influence investment decisions, technology priorities, and organizational design

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (., Salesforce), and analytics tools (., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
