The Business Lead is responsible for identifying and creating opportunities to expand market reach, improve market position, and drive revenue growth in alignment with the company's overall market access strategy. This role involves developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, analysing market dynamics, and implementing strategies to navigate regulatory and access challenges.
The Business Lead will identify, evaluate & conclude organic, greenfield and acquisitive opportunities & partnerships to expand “Market Access” capability & solutions to newer markets, partners, categories and channels.
Key Accountabilities :
Being a significant player in global trade, handling over 10% of global container movements through our ports and terminals, DP World is on the path to becoming a uniquely integrated solutions partner to our esteemed customers and clients. While improving efficiencies, optimising costs and offering smarter, greener and faster supply chains in the “Producer to Consumer journey”, our conversations are expanding to offering bespoke End-to-End partnerships. Whether it’s reducing complexities to access new markets or expanding share where you are present, DP World seeks to be a business partner through our Market Access offering (a part of our Global Logistics capability).
Market Access offers First, Middle & Last mile solutions in 6 Verticals – 1) FMCG 2) Healthcare 3) Tech & Durables 4) Industrials & Chemicals, 5) Agric & Perishables 6) Humanitarian supplies. We aim to deliver best-in-class solutions “From factory floor to customer door.” Through our JAFZA Hub and the wider network across 7 global regions in which we operate, and more pertinently in emerging markets of Africa, Central Asia, East Europe, South East Asia etc, we look to build substantial business partnerships.
This position will have a focus on the vertical Healthcare.
