Qualifications

• Senior F&B development professional with strong international exposure and ability to translate brand vision into commercially successful concepts.
• 10-15+ years in F&B leadership or development within luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience in hotel-based F&B operations and standalone restaurant/bar development.
• Strong stakeholder alignment and management skills across diverse groups.
• Experience in luxury or premium hospitality environments with guest-centric service standards.
• Demonstrated experience in concept development, pre-opening projects and lifecycle of F&B outlets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of innovative F&B concepts from ideation to proposition, aligned with brand standards.
• Define unique selling propositions and positioning for all new and renovated F&B outlets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop detailed business cases with financial projections and risk assessments.
• Oversee pre-opening execution, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate concepts into hotel projects.
