Job summary

Alibaba Cloud is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations professional to drive end-to-end colocation management across facilities worldwide. The role delivers EMI/EMS data integration, controls validation, and cross-functional coordination with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable, scalable operations.

You will lead the review of electrical, HVAC, and ELV systems, map data points, and manage risk and change control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in infrastructure operations with proven vendor governance experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end rollout of colocation management standards across facilities, defining plans, milestones and criteria.
• Lead EMS data-integration projects, mapping data-points and ensuring telemetry to monitoring platforms.
• Negotiate scope, SLAs and remediation items with colo providers and vendors; coordinate internal teams and stakeholders.
• Review and validate electrical, HVAC and ELV automation control logic, run-logic, setpoints and redundancy analyses; sign off via acceptance testing.
• Build dashboards and scorecards for compliance and EMS health; report progress to HQ and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global teams on standards evolution and regional capability building through training and knowledge transfer.
