Job summary

Alibaba Cloud is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Leader to drive end-to-end rollout of the colocation management standard across facilities and to lead EMS data integration. You will coordinate with local teams, colo providers and vendors to ensure compliance, reliability, and security of the operational environment.

You will review electrical, HVAC, and ELV automation logic, mentor engineers, and develop dashboards to monitor health and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• 8+ years of infrastructure operations experience with colocation or vendor governance.
• Strong project management across global teams.
• Experience with electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage/ELV systems and BMS networks.
• Proven vendor governance, auditing and performance improvement.
• Willingness to travel internationally (30–40%).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end rollout of the colocation management standard across facilities, with defined milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Lead the EMS data-integration project, mapping data points and validating telemetry across platforms.
• Coordinate with local operations, engineering delivery teams, colo providers, and vendors to align scope and SLAs.
• Review and validate electrical, HVAC, and ELV automation control logic and run‑logic, sign-off via acceptance testing.
• Build dashboards and scorecards for compliance and EMS integration health, reporting to global HQ.
• Collaborate with global teams to evolve standards and transfer knowledge regionally.
