Regional Service Manager - Northern Europe

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement ABB’s cybersecurity strategy aligned with the overall strategy and business needs. Each day, you will manage cybersecurity risks that could affect the ABB brand and customer base for all ABB offerings, in a cost-effective way. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with businesses to protect and grow revenue by effectively addressing customer cybersecurity expectations and actively driving cybersecurity opportunities and demand. The work model for the role is: #LI Hybrid. This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Marine and Port Division in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for:

1. Develop and improve cyber security products to meet market demands.
2. Build a standardized cyber-enabled system architecture to be used by different products to meet cyber security requirements.
3. Work with other ABB divisions to ensure alignment with solutions used by ABB in other industries.
4. Focus on international cyber security regulations and ensure that developed products support meeting the requirements.

Qualifications for the role

• At least 3 years’ experience in OT (operational technology) cyber security. Overall experience of 8-10 years in OT systems.
• Product development background and skills. Ability to use different tools to track productization (new features, bug fixing, etc.).
• Good process and procedures writing skills.
• Strong knowledge about distributed control systems (DCS). Knowledge about ABB 800xA system is preferred. Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts and network security methodologies.
• Strong knowledge about Windows and virtual system administration.
• Knowledge about cyber security solutions (e.g., Application whitelisting, Backup solutions, network analyzing, Log aggregation, SIEM, and others).
• Strong knowledge about IEC 62443 standard. Knowledge about Maritime class cyber security standards is preferred. Knowledge of technology integration processes.
