Job summary

Gutor seeks a Customer Project Manager for its UPS production site in the United Arab Emirates. You will lead international project teams, manage budgets, and serve as the main customer contact from order to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an electrical engineering background, substantial project management experience in an industrial setting, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Electrical Engineering with relevant PME exposure.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and cost.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Customer Service.
• Manage FAT/commissioning activities and ensure customer inspections are completed.
• Monitor budget, costs and margins; initiate invoicing according to project progress.
• Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders across international sites.
• Provide risk management, change control and lessons learned to improve profitability.
