Job summary

Corporation Service Company in Dubai seeks a Corporate Legal Specialist with UAE experience to manage foreign client portfolios and ensure regulatory compliance for local operations. You will coordinate corporate documents, registrations, and annual reports while collaborating with global team members.

The role emphasizes independent work, problem-solving, and a fast-paced international environment, with strong emphasis on service, teamwork, and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Very good communication skills in speech and writing - fluent English.
• Education in or documented experience within Law - preferably corporate law, or Business Administration
• Experience as a paralegal in a corporate environment, public sector or law firm is an asset.
• Experience in cross-border corporate law compliance and/or transactions is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit annual compliance documents such as annual reports, confirmations and license renewals.
• Provide corporate legal support and assist with registration matters such as new formations, amendments, mergers, liquidations, document retrieval, powers of attorney, board changes, address changes.
• Manage client portfolios and develop internal and external client relationships.
• Organize workflow to meet client timelines and requirements.
• Record client information, electronic archiving and document management.
• Conduct legal research and analysis of legal documents.
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships through proactive advice.
