EY in Dubai is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our GCR team, leading complex engagements and helping grow our tax practice across borders.

You will manage day-to-day client engagements, monitor deliverables, and coach junior staff while ensuring adherence to Tax Quality guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in tax with 3+ years experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academics in accounting, business, finance, or taxation.
• MBA or professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CTA) preferred.
• At least 3 years of domestic and international tax experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team in providing tax services and manage client engagements.
• Ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines and drive process improvement.
