Global Chief Operations Officer (COO) - Crypto, Payments and Remittance - Financial Industry

• This role will be based in Dubai, and applicants must be either based in Dubai or willing to travel frequently (2 weeks a month) with a view to relocating in the near future.

Salary is highly competitive, ranging from $400,000 to $600,000 base + additional compensation.

We are working with a rapidly growing group of fintech, payments, and crypto businesses shaping a blockchain-driven financial ecosystem. The organization, headquartered in Dubai, includes entities such as a crypto payment gateway, global remittance services, a crypto exchange, and broader payment solutions. As the business grows, it seeks a Global COO to bring clarity, structure, and scale to its operations.

This role is for a proactive leader who will manage daily operations, establish organizational and reporting structures, support product development and launch, and drive sustainable growth with a high-performing management team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across a multi-entity ecosystem, reporting directly to a UHNW shareholder.
• Develop and embed a consistent operational framework and reporting structures to facilitate purposeful growth.
• Support product development and rollout, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and strategic alignment.
• Lead cross-team collaboration, fostering accountability and shared success.
• Partner with leadership to align operational priorities with the company's vision, balancing execution and strategic planning.

Experience required:

• Proven success in Crypto, Payments, and Remittance sectors.
• Experience in building or scaling operations in dynamic, rewarding environments with a focus on Crypto and FIAT.
• Understanding of setting up leadership structures across multiple global entities.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues in blockchain and digital assets.
• A strategic yet hands-on mindset, capable of quick wins and long-term planning.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills across diverse geographies and cultures.
