Job summary

dnata, a global air and travel services provider, seeks a Cargo Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale projects within the Emirates Group. You will manage scope, cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholder communications from initiation to closure, ensuring business benefits are realized.

You will build and guide a team of business users and partners, coordinate with Emirates Group units and external providers, and drive process improvements while maintaining governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in PMO or Strategic planning.
• Professional qualification in Project Management is highly desirable (PRINCE2, CAPM, Six Sigma, PMP).
• Demonstrated experience managing large cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Projects/Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regular review of project delivery performance and improve processes.
• Initiate and manage projects through all stages from initiation to closure.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risk with stakeholders across departments.
• Lead a team of business users and third-party providers on large, complex projects.
