Job summary

The Emirates Group's dnata in Dubai seeks a Cargo Project Manager to plan, manage and deliver complex projects in line with company standards. You will drive initiatives from initiation to closure, ensuring business requirements are met and benefits delivered on time and within scope.

You will lead cross-functional teams with internal stakeholders and third parties, monitor performance, manage risks, and report to sponsors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in PMO or strategic planning.
• Professional qualification in Project Management e.g. PRINCE2/APM/CAPM/Six Sigma/PMP.
• Demonstrated experience managing large cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Projects/Primavera.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review project delivery performance and drive process improvements.
• Initiate and manage projects through all stages from initiation to closure.
• Ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.
• Manage stakeholders and service levels with department heads.
• Lead a team of business users and 3rd party providers on large-scale projects.
• Provide timely project information and reporting to sponsors and stakeholders.
