Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Business Analyst Intern (GBS) in Dubai for the summer of 2027. You will work with Global Business Solutions to analyze data, support strategic planning, and help optimize outbound e-commerce operations and sales processes.

The internship offers hands-on experience across analytics, problem solving, and exposure to real-world campaigns. Candidates should be in final year of math, statistics, or data analytics and be fluent in English, with knowledge of BI tools and SQL.

Qualifications

Final year student currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in math, statistics, or data analytics.
Able to commit to a 12-week internship during the summer of 2027.
Experience in research and analysis positions in consulting, e-commerce/ads is preferred.
Proficiency in BI visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI and SQL is a plus.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Business data analysis and strategic planning support for Global Business Solutions.
Monitor and analyze outbound e-commerce metrics to improve consumer experience and sales outcomes.
Break down business puzzles, support task prioritization, and measure project output with data.
Participate in social events and development workshops during the internship.
