Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounts receivable, order-to-cash, or finance transformation experience.
• Experience defining global process standards, governance, controls, and operating models.
• Deep knowledge of credit, billing, cash application, collections, disputes, deductions, and close.
• Track record delivering ERP transformation, automation, or shared services programs.
• Executive communication, change leadership, and strong commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Define global AR governance, policies, controls, KPIs, and service standards.
• Set credit risk, collections, bad debt, reconciliation, and financial reporting frameworks.
• Own the automation roadmap for cash application, dispute management, analytics, and close.
• Lead SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics ERP transformation and process design.
• Engage executive stakeholders and deliver sustainable working capital improvements.
