Zusammenfassung

CXM Group is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to drive a group-wide compliance architecture across multiple jurisdictions and asset classes. The role is fully remote with EU time-zone alignment preferred, and involves leading licensing, M&A, and AI-enabled legal operations at scale.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own the compliance roadmap, risk monitoring, and regulator-facing engagements while building a scalable governance framework and SLA-enabled processes across CXM Group entities.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated command of tier-one regimes and emerging-market frameworks.
• Regulator-facing credibility with regulator engagement experience.
• Experience in M&A licensing and group-level compliance.
• Experience deploying AI tooling in legal workflows.
• Ability to set standards and own SLA across compliance functions.

• Oversee group-wide legal and compliance communications.
• Monitor regulatory risk across jurisdictions and assets.
• Research target markets and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Build reporting infrastructure with IT and Ops.
• Inventory and analyze all group legal agreements.
• Manage regulator relationships and inquiries.
• Set and enforce contract throughput SLAs.
