Job summary

LILT AI is hiring a Project Manager to lead multilingual data collection and LLM evaluation initiatives across global teams. You will oversee end-to-end delivery from scoping to final data delivery, ensuring quality and timely results.

This role requires coordinating with data experts across time zones, translating complex technical requirements into clear guidelines for multilingual annotators, and maintaining dashboards to monitor project health and throughput.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience within AI/ML data operations.
• Strong understanding of LLM training processes (Pre-training, SFT, RLHF) and evaluation methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to write SQL queries for data analysis.
• Experience using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban to manage complex workflows.
• Excellent ability to write clear guidelines for multilingual audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI data projects across multilingual data types (audio, text, image).
• Oversee large-scale data pipelines and LLM evaluation processes (RLHF, SFT, ranking, safety testing).
• Manage QA loops, monitor KPIs (throughput, quality, productivity) and provide root-cause analysis.
• Maintain dashboards to visualize project health and flag bottlenecks in real-time.
• Coordinate with data experts, crowd pools, and Applied AI Technical Ops teams to meet SLAs.
