Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT with 5 years experience or Masters with 3 years experience
Advanced AI/ML & LLM expertise with deep understanding of algorithms data structures and NLP
Programming & Cloud proficiency in Python with TensorFlow PyTorch and NodeJS; deployment on AWS UAE region and local servers
Data management and engineering with large datasets; model evaluation metrics
Problem-solving, collaboration, and proactive technical mindset

Responsibilities

Implement, manage and optimize LLMs including image processing and handwriting recognition
Set up, deploy and manage LLMs on cloud services for scalable, secure, performant solutions
Configure on-premise LLM deployment and integration with existing data infra
Fine-tune and train LLMs for high-quality, contextually relevant outputs
Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for model training and deployment issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
Research and evaluate new AI advancements and best practices
